Space Planning + Layouts
Here you will find all information related to the Space Planning phase of the design process. This phase is all about finding the "tools" that will support your functional and emotional needs in each space we are designing. This means that East & Gray Interiors will present Floor Plan options for each room that will all work with the given space and specified lifestyle needs.

Per Julie's and my discussion on the phone on 8/14/20 we will do a regular porcelain bathroom sink with the original faucet we selected in our meeting last week. I have selected the largest, rectangular bathroom sink out there, so we are getting as much space as possible.
Please find your basement bath design board below. A complete document with all the design details, along with the furniture layout options for your gym and the main living/play area in your basement is coming soon!
CABINET DRAWINGS & FURNITURE LAYOUTS
**Please review the rendering/drawings of both the vanity & the linen cabinet. Let me know if you are happy with the designs as they are, or if you would like to make any changes to either of the designs. As soon as we finalize the designs I will send all this information to Gary so he can get a quote together for us for the vanity & the linen cabinet.
**Please review the different layout options for the equipment in your gym. Let me know which layout option you prefer. Also confirm for me if you are happy with the layout for the main living area of the basement. This layout was needed just so we can best figure out where to place a floor outlet in this area so that it is set-up and ready for you to use as a living area when you are ready to make it into that kind of a space. We need to make decisions on both the gym and main living area layouts so that I can get information to Gary on exact placement for outlets and TV cable jacks in these two areas.

- Do you want to proceed with the vanity & linen cabinet design as I have drawn them? Or are there some changes you would like to see made before I send everything to Gary?
- Which layout do you like best for the gym equipment, and want to move forward with?
- Would you like to explore with Gary the possibility of moving where you access your crawl space so we can possibly move it out of the gym and into the storage closet somewhere?
- If not, and you selected on of the layout options for the gym where the mirrored wall would need to be on the wall with the door to the crawl space, would you like to have the door covered with mirror, if possible?
- Let me know if you're ready to approve the bath materials quote and have me proceed with ordering everything.
